How to Find Your Campus Box Number

Your Personal Mailing Address

To access your personal mailing address, please follow these instructions:

  • Log on to BearWeb: https://bearweb.baylor.edu
  • Select Login to BearWeb
  • Enter user id and pin number
  • Select Personal Information
  • Select Personal Profile
  • Scroll down to Address

Your campus address will be listed under Campus PO Box. Please use this address for letters, packages, overnight packages, magazines, newspapers, etc. A notification will be sent to the student’s Baylor email address when mail or packages are available. The QR code provided in the notification email is required to retrieve mail or packages. Please bring the notification via smart phone/device or in printed form along with your Baylor ID card to the Mail Center located at Bill Daniel Student Center (SUB) to pick up your mail and packages.

Use the mailing address exactly as shown in BearWeb along with the student name to expedite mail delivery. Mail is processed using the box number. Leaving it off will substantially delay your mail delivery.

Mailbox keys will only be issued for East Village and Brooks residents. All others will visit the Mail Center service window located in Bill Daniel Student Center (SUB) for mail and packages.
